Today’s topic Consciousness & Presence, stems from my meditation practice on Monday where my Monkey Mind was exploring every possibility to break the meditation process and draw me away from my focus. But why is this relevant?

Because it got me thinking about what it means to be Conscious and Present with who we are, where we are and why that is so important. To me it is all about the wider exploration of what it means to be living this life and about who is Paul Harvey?

Is Paul Harvey the body or is Paul Harvey something else?

In this episode I am exploring the concept of mindfulness and the values that can be found when we stay present and in relationship with who we are.
