Our brains and our bodies like to take the easy path. The repetitive route maintains our status and uses the least energy of thought. And that’s how those nasty habits become stuck and ingrained, good or bad.
In the show, we are exploring habits, how you might choose to change them and the importance of looking at habits as a goal as inspiring.

Jenna Ray had issues with drink and food and procrastination; She has written books on building habits and procrastination.
